WHAT HAPPENS ENERGETICALLY WHEN WE EXPERIENCE TRAUMA?
1. The trauma programs an electromagnetic charge to record the emotion attached to that experience and holds that program in a specific area of our brain. This causes any subsequent event that our brain deems similar to go back to that original emotional response, regardless of whether or not it is appropriate or in proportion in that moment.
2. In the intensity of the moment, we set a piece of ourselves (our energetic body/soul) aside to be able to move through the event. Over time we have what might look like shattered glass in our auric field. Although this was necessary in the moment to move through the event, these pieces need to be reintegrated into our physical body.
3. The disharmonic energy gets stored in the associated Chakra. This muddies up the energy flow into that area of the body. After time, this causes us to begin to manifest Mental, Emotional or Physical issues.
