Hi there! Lady, you would be so amazed at the number of things that I feel are different. Surprisingly - it took about a day but something's just snapped and I see so many things clearer. Some of them hard things (like my role and responsibilities in each situation) but I just feel different and lighter and brighter!

Tara!! It's amazing, two issues have come up that would usually incite, anger, fear and/or rage, it wasn't until half way through each one that I stopped and realized, hey, I'm NOT angry. At all. I have emotion, but it isn't overwhelming my system as it used to. THANK YOU! I have space to think and dream and be, it's weird and magic and I love it!

I'm feeling so much better! You mentioned sleep would improve. I thought I was already sleeping good so how could that improve? Well it did! I'm sleeping so much better. My energy level is way up. (Husband and wife sessions on the same day) It has been pretty major for us both. We are interacting in much different ways and both feel better about our future together 🥰 really appreciate it!! I can say he has expressed gratitude multiple times to me for finding you and scheduling it. I have noticed major shifts for him in how he handles things and communicates with me pretty immediately. This family trip we went on was very significant in the change of interaction he exhibited from past ones. My brother tends to rub him the wrong way sometimes and he was able to avoid that interaction with ease vs serious upset in the past. I’ve noticed I am more cognizant of being present in the moment, more sensitive to other’s feelings in relation to my communication, less self conscious, have lowered anxiety, able to step back from impulsive reactivity and choose a better way to handle situations. Can play music more fluidly / express myself more clearly without inhibition it seems. Had dreams last night of stuff that used to scare me but that now seemed less threatening and I felt unafraid as I witnessed it!

Hey! I have been feeling pretty darn good actually!! I have a lot less monkey chatter in my head, my anxiety isn't near as bad and my depression isn't keeping me down like it was!!! Honestly, I feel a lot more at peace lol I'm amazed at the shifts that have happened!

Thank you! I keep raving about my session to everyone that I have seen since. I had some major shifts just during that session. I have actually forgotten the name of the man that assaulted me. It has just left my brain. I let go of a situation with my mom from when I was 7 that no matter what I did to work through it, it kept popping up. Thank you!

I am so thankful for my sessions. I was ready to give up on several relationships and I found myself avoiding spending time with friends and family. Good morning ! Just wanted to say thank you again for Tuesday's session. I'm noticing my mindset has been clearer and softer around certain situations that have come up. Like I'm in observation mode and stepping out of the situations and wanting to come up with less automatic reactions. Its been really good.

Directly after my session there seemed as a big weight was lifted from me and all of my senses were heightened. Everything that had been running on my mind cleared away. * The week following I came to a new acceptance of my feeling of not needing to use nicotine throughout my day, it’s been just breaking the habit now. It’s not that I have to have it. * My view of my personal relationships has changed where I feel more at peace with offering what I am and not what I think I need to be for the other person. * I’ve also found a new love and acceptance for myself. I’m patient with myself and not having the need to be or want change different aspects of myself. * I’ve also been able to slow down through my day to day life and learning to be in the moment as much as I can. It’s a training, but it’s dropped down my anxiety level by so much. * I also don’t feel the need to have to ground myself at the end of everyday. I’m able to let all of the emotions and extra energy flow through. * It’s been a beautiful state to be in.

I have seen and felt a drastic change in pain, depression, and anxiety levels since my initial access bar session. My impression of the session is beyond describable. Tara was able to channel emotions that have been suppressed for a long time and bring them to the surface for me to acknowledge and let go. I believe this has been a positive influence in alleviating pain felt in my body and decreasing my anxiety and depression levels. I’m looking forward to having my next session.

In the last month specifically, I've noticed considerable improvements to my social anxiety and general mood. Growing up in a neglectful, unsafe and emotionally damaging environment had put me on high alert socially for my entire adult life. I would either avoid social interaction altogether - often not leaving my house for days at a time, or suffer through the frequent discomfort of full body shaking and sweating when around other people. While I have a huge love for people, the physical discomfort and debilitating mental patterns overrode my desire for meaningful relationships and connection. I, more often than not, kept myself isolated and 'protected' from the hardwired programming of fear that ran through my body and mind. This inability to experience feelings of safety and security while around others caused severe depression and suicidal ideation - reinforcing my desire for isolation. Since my first Access Bars session roughly a month ago, I've experienced dramatic improvements to my mood and ability to connect socially. Not only do I no longer dread the prospect of social interaction, I am often excited and outgoing when interacting with people and making new connections. I've eliminated all prescription drugs and supplements for my depression and have not had a depressive episode or suicidal ideation since. Most recently, I've been able to get back in my body and connect with sensations that had previously debilitated me. The social triggers are now infrequent and much shorter lived, and because of my new ability to stay in my body with the fear, I'm also able to reconnect with basic sensations that had been simultaneously suppressed - such as hunger, excitement, etc. I am incredibly hopeful that in a short amount of time the lifelong patterning of trauma and fear will be a thing of the past - allowing me to seek out and enjoy meaningful connections with a full, uninhibited expression of myself.

Just wanted to say thank you for all the loving energy and support you've given us. The access bars has really come in handy....like everyday. So many old patterns being broken. I even caught myself chewing on some old problems and i begin getting sick fast. I realized what i was doing after the first day and was able to cut myself off before the illness got worse.

My anxiety has improved significantly in the last couple weeks - triggering events that I would previously anticipate and dread days in advance (especially around family during the Holidays), I now don't even consider ahead of time. The same events that would previously trigger an intense physiological response in the moment, have little to no effect at all now. My depression has also decreased significantly - I'm now able to recognize signs very early on and take corrective action to avoid the depressive episode altogether. Sleep has also been really good! I fall asleep easily and wake up early on my own feeling rested!

I have noticed so much improvement with my anxiety! I haven’t felt this at ease for as long as I can remember! I am calm yet alert and have been doing things differently. Communicating more effectively and also not dwelling as I always have. Decisions are easier and I’m finding my ability to take joy in the small things has risen dramatically.

I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Things that bothered me before I could care less about. I can talk about trauma without crying. My anxiety has gone way down, which is a miracle (I've tried everything) When my leg acts up it seems to rebound quicker and my body is hurting much less. I feel recharged and less reactive. I'm not bogged down with worry all the time. My energy is up. I look younger. I am on the road to becoming a new person,. I've booked other family members because I know it will help them too. I'm definitely going to book another session.

Hello lovely, I'm doing really great! Positives have been: I feel a sense of peace, relaxation, calmness deeper and more intact then I think I have ever felt in my entire life, and it's stayed with me. I feel lighter happier, just all around good stuff. I have also been absolutely exhausted and napping and drinking lots of water. All in all a lot more energy today though. Thank you, I cannot express enough gratitude for your healing you did and I was not expecting this much change!
